Everything on this site is general information about our practice and services. It is not medical advice, it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for an examination.

Do not use this website for an emergency. For an eye injury, sudden vision change, flashes or floaters, or a red and painful eye, call (256) 461-7100 or seek emergency care. Do not rely on a web form for anything time-sensitive.

Submitting the appointment form sends us a request. It is not a booked or confirmed appointment until a member of our team contacts you to confirm a time. We may be unable to accommodate a preferred date or time, and we may need additional information before scheduling.

If you enable it, this site offers a third-party virtual assistant. It is an automated tool, it can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not staffed by our doctors. Do not share medical or other sensitive details with it. Anything the assistant says should be confirmed with our office.

• Submit accurate information and only about yourself or someone you may act for.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or deliberately false content.
• Do not use the forms to send bulk, automated or commercial solicitations.

We may block access or remove submissions that violate these terms.

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Madison Eye Care Center or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or redistribution needs our written permission.

This site links to and can embed third-party services such as Google Maps and the ElevenLabs assistant. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here alters the professional obligations we owe to our patients in the course of care.
